Global investment management firm are seeking an Early Career Recruitment Lead based in London. Perm, £65,000 Your new company This global investment management firm are seeking an experienced early careers lead to manage business areas across London, Dublin and Europe. Based in London, reporting to the Global Head of Early Careers you will work in a strong team to develop the delivery of the graduate recruitment cycle including the ongoing relationship of campus events, marketing universities and diversity/work experience programmes. Your new role Responsible for Talent Acquisition Delivery of top talent and insight into the stakeholder groups through external market expertise. Design and manage sourcing activity aligned to headcount Ownership for the delivery of assessment and selection strategy Working closely with external partners to oversee the on boarding process What you'll need to succeed Experience in developing early careers propositions Knowledge gained in attracting and selecting high calibre candidates. Strong operational experience within a professional services or financial services environment extensive early careers experience with the ability to manage stakeholders Stakeholder engagement experience.
