Management Accountant/Finance Manager - Paying upto £49,000 Plus Many Other Benefits This is a great opportunity for a career focused Finance Professional looking to be promoted to a Finance Director in the next 2 years Ideally looking for someone who comes from a food manufacturing business, you must be resiliant and forward thinking with excellent excel knowledge. Managing a team of 2, reporting into the Finance director, you'll be managing the accounts upto trial balance as well other repsonbilities below: Principal Accountabilities: Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries Producing detailed budgeting and forecasting reports from a variety of income streams Maintaining and improving accounting operations and controls Ownership of the Budgeting and Forecasting reporting for business units Analysis and forecasting of budgets vs actuals Analysis of Cash Flow alongside budget preparation Working with other departments to provide KPI reports on a variety of in-house functions Driving constant improvements to processes and systems Ownership of the Standard Costing Model Deal with regulatory and legal requirements (including manage audit process) Responsible for the management of the Finance team
