Overview
Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a market leading company to recruit an experienced credit controller. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year Experience: Accounting : 1 year (Preferred) Hours : Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Flexibility regarding working hours & overtime as you will be required to work over your standard hours on occasions. The Role: Invoice query resolution - Logging queries - Raising/refusing credits Chasing unpaid Invoices Cash allocation Putting accounts on hold Holding/Releasing orders Cash Forecasting Recharge Invoicing Communicating with other departments internal and external Running and sending statements Assisting in any duties required by the Supervisor/Team The Person: Strong credit control experience and ideally worked in a manufacturing environment Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers Have a good working knowledge of Excel, V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Word and Outlook, Working to deadlines and targets A keen eye for detail and a flexible approach GCSE Grade C or above Maths & English or equivalent If you want to be a part of this exciting business and you have the skill set that is required, then please don't hesitate to contact me for an informal conversation.
