Interim HRIS Implementation Consultant - Bracknell - c£500 Per Day Via Umbrella - 8 to 9 Months The company & The role My client is looking to implement a new cloud based ERP system (Workday) to replace the current Harmony/Oracle software to enable this separation. The ERP for HR includes ATS, core HR, Payroll and LMS and all modules will go live at the same time. Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation of the new HRIS and its transition away from the old HRIS and processes. This role is standalone and very much a hands on 'doer' and delivery role as opposed to being a programme manager. Lead on the implementation of the new HR system Understand the current process and interactions/dependencies between systems to ensure the new HR system delivers for all users Undertake the configuration, acceptance testing and roll out of the HRIS Conduct the evaluation and testing of new HRIS/functionality and reports Deliver end user and HR training Subject Matter Expert for the HRIS Support the creation of HR SharePoint site - populated with HR policies and procedures What you'll need to be successful Experience of implementation of HRIS (HR, Payroll, ATS and LMS) ideally within a ERP environment Ideally experience with Workday or other similar HRIS Strong PM skills and experience Familiar with HR practices and procedures including payroll, benefits, resourcing Data orientated with the ability to process large volumes of data Exposure to change management and HR transformation Excellent communication skills What you'll receive in return A competitive day rate and the opportunity to take full ownership of this exciting project How to proceed If this interim HRIS Implementation Consultant role sounds a good match with your skill set, do get in touch with Lucy-Emma Wade Macdonald or email me your CV via the portal.
