ACA / ACCA Qualified Senior Director £ Excellent package open to discussion. £65K - £80K As part of our client's succession planning we are recruiting for a highly experienced Senior Director from Public Practice. A hugely successful practice, with a great team offering a variety of perks aside from work enjoyment, there is free parking, bonus scheme, health benefits, great social life and the prospect of securing equity in the business in the short / medium term. At Wavelength we have been working very closely with this particular firm of Chartered Accountants for a number of years and have successfully recruited a number of staff and watched the team develop. The firm continues to grow with the constant winning of new business much, of which is gained through referrals and the Managing Director is now in a position to recruit at Senior Director level to assist with the reduction of the MD's workload. The experience we are looking for aside from having a Public Practice background includes Client Portfolio Management in relation to Accountancy, Audit and Business Advisory work and overseeing the management of the office, with the assistance of Senior members in the team. There are genuine prospects for progression and this is a key appointment for the firm in the next stage of the firm's development. What sets this opportunity aside from other senior managerial appointments is that without any doubt the need is for an ambitious qualified ACA or ACCA with a practice background who is looking for progression to the top. Applicants must be currently working for a Professional Firm of Accountants, dealing with the audit and accounting requirements for clients and likely to already be a Senior Manager or Director frustrated by a lack of opportunity. You will enjoy dealing with Owner Managed Businesses and comfortable with going out to attract new business in due course.
