Overview
Job Specification: University graduate in Real Estate with a minimum grade of 2:1 Work experience in the industry is preferable Motivated and driven individual who wants to progress quickly and has a desire to learn The role will require at times the individual staying beyond normal work hours or attending evening networking events Honest, reliable and professional approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of finance and real estate investment principles e.g. Return on Cost, Return on Equity, IRR etc Strong MS Excel and Word skills required Role Requirements: Carry out financial appraisals and cashflows of schemes, build cost estimates, sales research and compile sales comparable evidence Assist Acquisition Director and Land Managers in site acquisitions Assist in preparing reports for Henley Board and investors Liaise with agents, consultants and Housing Associations Assist with planning applications including making consultant appointments Utilise online platforms to source sites Ensure site information is properly stored and documented The role will require a lot of communication with agents and consultants. The candidate must be confident and able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone or in written form.
