This could be your next best move… This is a newly created role designed to spearhead our large winning provider into not only the IT Apprenticeships market where you will be presenting and selling solutions and services to new and existing customers across London. Our client are a dedicated IT and Digital Apprenticeship Provider based in the North-East, working throughout the whole of the UK, and now embarking on a new adventure in London. They are passionate about transcending the boundaries of traditional education and, by working with employers such as Aviva, Serco and Tesco, we’re empowering a diverse generation of tech professionals to shape the future of the digital landscape in the UK. London is at the centre of global technology innovation and entrepreneurship but the rapidly expanding tech ecosystem will only continue to thrive if it has a growing supply of young talent available for the new opportunities being developed. Our client are passionate about apprenticeships and helping to train the workforce of the future. Based in Shoreditch, home to Silicon Roundabout and a vibrant culture of start-ups, scale-ups and big names, you will be working at the centre of the UK’s IT, Digital and Tech scene. This is a brand new role, created as part of the expanding city-centre hub network. This is an exciting opportunity to make the role entirely your own, and to carve out a space for the talented IT apprentices within London’s IT, Digital and Tech sector. You will be naturally inquisitive, with a desire to gain a deep understanding of the Londons IT, Tech and Digital sectors and build strong and long-lasting relationships with local employers. We are looking for: Previous experience of meeting employer needs through recruitment, training, education or other development solutions Previous experience in a sales environment, Identified and generated new sales leads A proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives You will be: Organising and attend client meetings Pitch and present persuasively on products and/or services Build and maintain positive and fruitful working relationships with existing customers Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing, recruitment and training Identifying and attending conferences, networking meetings, and industry events Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays Do you know the Apprenticeships sector/market and feel you could successfully engage with businesses who will engage with an apprenticeship model. The qualifications are in high demand and client uptake is high, so with the right connections and background this role will ideally suit a highly ambitious driven and sales focused individual.
