Leading and developing our ICT, Data, Digital and Transformation aspirations strategically as well as managing your teams to deliver operationally.You will take us to a place where using the latest technology is the norm, which drive our decisions and improvements, through customer insight, for residents, our colleagues and Board Members As the strategic lead on projects, you will design and deliver a strategy which drives digitalisation, minimises customer effort and maximises organisational efficiency. Your actions will result in a business which is transformed so that homes and services provide a great customer experience, strong operational and financial performance, and well-motivated colleagues; focusing on creating high-performance teams including ICT, data, Transformation and Communications and Marketing. About you You will be an inspirational Senior Leader, across the whole of the business displaying our JJH values with a relentless passion for using data and technology to drive decisions to make our residents lives better. With a strong digital and customer focus, you will provide clear direction when leading, delivering and communicating on a wide variety of projects. Responsible for managing and producing strategic and operational implementation projects, which support the delivery of our corporate priorities, you must ensure that we have an effective approach to data collection, storage, customer insight, analysis and prediction that supports high-quality decision making.
