Overview
A residential support worker with management experience in care home for older people with dementia. Staff should have good communication skills, be able to lead a shift, administer medication, able to liaise with other professionals such as GPs, District Nurses etc. Current with all mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Safeguarding Adults from Abuse, Medication training etc. Minimum qualification NVQ level 3.
