We are looking for experienced, talented Java Developers with a love for programming and an ambition to mentor more junior developers to join a business that prides themselves in the standard of their work. The Role: · Working on the full life cycle of business solutions from design to delivery. · Creating clean code to agreed timescales. · Working on a wide variety projects both team and solo. · Mentoring junior team members. · Working closely with clients to ensure a high standard of work. Essential Skills: · Degree Educated – Computing Science/ Software Engineering or related field. · 4-5 years’ experience using Java in a commercial role. · SQL database experience. Desirable Skills: · Knowledge of the following skills would be advantageous – using Struts, Spring, DB2, .Net, C# and/or VB.Net (MVC), Struts and Spring frameworks, MySQL, CVS, Jenkins and Eclipse would be advantageous.
