IT Support Engineer - 1st Line Technical Support, Technical Support, IT Support, 1st Line Support, 1st/2nd Line Support Durham - Salary £23,000 plus benefits My client, a leading organisation based in Durham, are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their IT department. Joining a collaborative and friendly working environment, you will be the POC for colleagues within the business who are facing technical difficulties. As a result, you will need to have strong customer services skills and will be able to resolve issues face-to-face and over the phone.
