Overview
One of my Northeast London clients has tasked me to find a Qualified Locum Social Worker to join their Adults Mash Team. This is an office based Social Worker role; therefore a drivers licences is not required. The desired Social Worker must have comprehensive knowledge of the Safeguarding Act and the Care Act 2014. Great transport links. Responsibilities of the Social Worker: Assessments under the Care Act, Safeguarding Act and Mental Health/Capacity Act. Manage a complex caseload of vulnerable service users. Putting into place care packages and support plans. Case reviews. Facilitate service user choice and empowerment. Support individuals to maximise their control. You must have: Social Work England registration. A clear enhanced DBS on the update service. At least 2-year post qualifying experience.
