Overview
One of my Central London based clients is currently looking for a Social Worker to fill an available position in their Community Mental Health Team. The Social Worker will be working as part of an Integrated Team, working alongside other Social Workers, Nurses, Psychologists and Support Workers. The desired Social Worker will need to have recent, and relevant experience in a previous Mental Health role. What's on offer for the Social Worker? Competitive Pay Rate of £30 an hour. Responsibilities of the Social Worker: Carry a caseload of vulnerable Adults who suffer from a Mental illness. Community Visits. Putting into place care plans is accordance with the Care Act (2014). Mental Capacity Assessments. Practice Under the Mental Health Act (MHA) 1983 (2007). Working as part of an MDT to facilitate the best possible care for the service uses. You must have: Social Work England registration. A clear enhanced DBS on the update service. At least 2-year post qualifying experience. Recent experience in a Mental Health role.
