Overview
Our Northwest London based client is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to fill an available position in their Adults Complex Team. The Social Worker will be based within an Adult Social Care field, undertaking a range of responsibilities relating to the service users. The Social Worker will be carrying a complex case load. Great transport links. Responsibilities of the Social Worker: Assessments under the Care Act 2014. Mental Capacity Assessments. Carry a caseload of vulnerable service users. Putting into place care packages and support plans. Community Visits. Facilitate service user choice and empowerment. You must have: Social Work England registration. A clear enhanced DBS on the update service. At least 2-year post qualifying experience.
