Essential Requirements The ideal candidate will be a professional, possess strong leadership and management skills in a mental health Nurse lead setting. Do you have the following experiences? 2 Plus years nurse clinical senior nurse experience Current RGN PIN (Active) Budget and staff management Have liaised with local authorities/governance body Manged multi-disciplinary teams Developed staff What’s it in for you Up to a £35k base salary for a small 30 bed facility.
