You will be part of a strong management team and this home offers an exciting new opportunity for a senior nurse to get into management. Essential Requirements The ideal candidate will be a professional, possess strong leadership and management skills in a mental health Nurse lead setting. Do you have the following experiences? 2 Plus years nurse clinical senior nurse experience Current RNM PIN (Active) Budget and staff management Have liaised with local authorities/governance body Manged multi-disciplinary teams Developed staff What’s it in for you Up to a £45k base salary for a 70 bed facility.
