Telesales Executive

Our client based in St Ives is looking to recruit a telesales Executive on a fulltime permanent basis. The company has seen significant growth over the last couple of years (at a different site) but this is driven form the Head office in St Ives where the directors work from. Reporting into the sales Director you will be responsible for outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote our client’s product portfolio (financial services). This role is about building relationships with new and existing customers and setting up appointments for the Field sales team to get sales face to face. You will also promote our client’s business so new customers promote our client’s product portfolio to their customers. This is Business to business. This is true Telesales role where you will be picking up the phone and help generate sales. What our client offers is the real chance of progression to field based sales etc… in the future. The basic salary is up to £20k but the OTE are Uncapped and it will take time to build your pipeline but year 2 your commissions will really kick off.
