Overview
We have been instructed on a new role for a self-motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and well-regarded firm in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and take on some fantastic quality work throughout the region. Our client is very well established in the East Midlands area with numerous offices and an enviable client base that you will have complete access to. As part of a small but supportive team you will ideally be able to hit the ground running with your own busy and varied caseload and the work itself will cover a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, leases, licences and variety of other matters. Due to our client's enviable client base, you will be liaising confidently with clients from varied backgrounds to provide first-rate service. You will have close contact client allowing you to really build and develop relationships, therefore the successful candidate should have an interest in business development. Ideally, our client is looking to recruit someone who has a minimum of 1 years' PQE gained within a commercial law environment, however, if your experience falls closely outside of this range then please don't hesitate to apply as the firm is more than happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement.
