This role in Manchester is tangibly different from the standard 'commercial solicitor in practice role'. In many ways it combines the benefits of working in house with the benefits of working in practice: The practice act for very significant companies principally focusing on major supply chain contracts and the in coming lawyer is likely to develop a close working relationship with a small number of clients. They also provide an excellent working environment with working from home a standard benefit along with the ability to work standard hours and/or flexibly. Their lawyers are given all the tools they need to provide an excellent service with this ranging from support services to training, development and a robust IT infrastructure. They are looking for a high calibre commercial solicitor with strong legal expertise and a desire to produce a high standard of work and a willingness to work in a small team of similar minded people
