An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Home Manager to join a highly-regarded care provider who lead the market in professionally-ran not-for-profit healthcare services across the UK. The successful candidate will be an experienced home manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. You will be a confident and strong leader that is capable of hitting the ground running and continue the good work of the previous home manager. As Interim Home Manager you will be overseeing the running of an elderly care home near Wolverhampton. You will possess financial, marketing and management skills and you will have experience of working as a senior manager within the care sector. Job Requirements: • Overall responsibility of the home • Carrying out Staff management/appraisals/Training • Take part in Budgeting, creating care plans, carrying out regular reviews, and attending meetings Skills/ Qualifications: Benefits: (pro rata) alternatively can pay a day rate
