In this role you will provide drafting on environmental issues in transactional documents including sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, share purchase agreements, leases and undertake subsequent negotiations of these provisions. You will also advise clients directly on a range of stand-alone environmental issues including asbestos, environmental permitting, waste and reuse of materials. The successful candidate should ideally be between 2 to 3 years' PQE. This is given purely as a guideline and candidates who fall outside of this bracket, yet can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm for the role are also encouraged to apply.
