This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a thriving, multinational company, that has more than doubled in size over the past few years, as part of their legal team. This successful business, based in Manchester City Centre, specialises within the financial services sector. The prosperous legal department at this company are searching for their newest Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their ranks as a Legal Counsel, to provide support to the busy team on all natures of company legal matters. This position would best suit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years of experience and a drive to pursue a career as a Legal Counsel with a multi-jurisdictional company. Your role will be very much transactional, and you will focus your attention on things such as joint ventures, asset purchase agreements and commercial contracts. You will work closely with internal senior officials and can expect to be sat around deal tables on a regular basis.
