Ruby or PHP Developer A growing business in London is looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Back End Developer. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Back End Developer at senior level to join a business that believes in advancing people, developing new software and bespoke products and working with the latest technologies. The team consists of intelligent developers and designers who share the same passion of developing clean code and producing clean, responsive and intuitive user experience. The office is in London and is a permanent role, but the company is happy to offer some part remote/home working for the right candidate. The Senior Back End Engineer will need solid knowledge of modern cloud scalable technologies including CD/CI tools and methodologies including Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible. Amazon Web Services (AWS) and extensive experience with version control. The ideal Senior Back End Developer will have good attention to detail and taking ownership of their work. Experience of Ruby or PHP is a must. This Ruby or PHP Engineer role will suit someone who is looking for a new fresh and exciting challenge as a Back End Developer within a very successful and growing team. Key skills required: OOP Ruby or PHP Background in Software Development Understanding of containerization, using Docker Microservice architecture and deployment AWS Jenkins It is essential that all Senior Back End Developers have first class communication skills - both written and verbal.
