Overview
Business Development Manager IP/TMT 12 months FTC An international law firm is looking to recruit an International BD Manager to head up their IP/TMT group for a period of 12 month to cover maternity. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a firm who are tier one in those areas and seen as true market leaders. You will be reporting to the Head of BD and will have responsibility of three team members. This full mix role will see you account managing some of the firm’s key clients where you will be creating client plans and looking at ways to encourage cross selling. You will be the trusted advisor to the group and be expected to run training and mentoring sessions and supporting senior associate through promotions. Team management is also an important part of your role as you will be expected to help progress and up skill your team and preform annual reviews. The successful candidate will have worked in a BD role within professional services at manager level. You will be a strong people manager and have the ability to come in and hit the ground running.
