My client is a market leader in the world of Interim Management recruitment and offering clients innovative statement of work solutions. They focus on roles above the £600 pd level across a variety of markets with a real strength in the Financial Services marketplace covering Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Payments and other related areas. They are looking for individuals to join the team with a background in senior level interim recruitment in one of their FS markets. You might be making the step up from a larger corporate or transitioning from a boutique, but experience in the temporary or interim space is a must. This role will suit someone looking for the next step/stage in their career progression in the Interim space. Likewise an established recruiter in the Interim management FS space would also be of interest, my client offering a market leading brand on which to build. Base salary likely to be in the region of £50-70k depending on experience, rising to £80k for a very experienced senior hire. A generous commission structure of course on top of this
