Sales Admin £17,000 - £20,000 DOE Preston I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding, market leading company. The role of the sales administrator candidate is to support the daily running of the sales department. My client supplies both bespoke and personalised stock to customers via its website and sales team, supplying businesses and wholesalers with their range of unique products. My client is one of the fastest growing companies in the world at the moment and this is an opportunity to move into a fast paced environment and to help the company grow further. The Role for the Sales Administrator Processing orders via email or phone Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Maintain and update sales and customer records Develop sales reports Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives. Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered correctly Coordinate with marketing on all design requests / updates Review and update existing customer contact detail Maintain customer data Plan / organise sales trips, including booking of travel and accommodation, producing detailed agendas Face to face sales data gathering at exhibitions and fairs and some weekend work in this regard on request Take, deal or redirect all incoming calls, ensuring messages are immediately relayed to the relevant individual Required Skills As a sales administrator candidate you will be keeping up to date with regulatory changes The ability to confidently liaise with other parties. Work independently, as well as a part of a team when necessary. Good listener with effective communication skills Understanding and reassuring telephone manner High attention to detail Disciplined and focused to give 100% Reliable and motivated Ability to learn multiple systems and processes Ability to problem solve and find the solution quickly and effectively Knowledge and experience or word, excel and powerpoint. Package: The basic salary for the sales administrator candidate is £17 -£20,000 per Annum depending on experience.
