Overview
CK Technical is recruiting for a Project Manager to join a renewable energy specialist at their site based in Frodsham on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company fully experienced in the identification, design, development, construction and operation of onshore wind energy projects. As a project manager, some of your main responsibilities will include: - Working with the existing project development team to identify, assess, design and develop proposals for onshore wind farm sites - Correspond with stakeholders including landowners, planning authorities and community councils - Prepare, review and submit reports and accompanying documents for planning applications Skills and experience required: - A degree in renewable energy or geography or other relevant subject - Experience working as a project manager within the onshore wind energy sector - Experience managing small teams to ensure goals and project deadlines are met - A proven track record identifying designing and developing onshore wind farms - The role will include attending meetings and site visits in Scotland and therefore a driving license is essential Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
