Overview
A medium sized Accountancy Practice, based on the outskirts of Barnsley, have a permanent opportunity for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join a small but growing team on a permanent basis. The role will encompass the following duties: VAT Book keeping Management Accounts Year-end Accounts, to partner review Corporation & personal Tax return to partner review Taxation duties Preparing accounts Auditing Business recovery and insolvency You will have the following skills and experience: A minimum of 3-4 years practice experience Relevant accountancy qualifications ACCA/CIMA similar Able to hit the ground running Solid working knowledge of Excel/MS packages The role is offered with the following: A salary up to 25k experience depending Immediate start Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch, or 8.30am - 5pm with 30 minute lunch break 23 days annual leave Pension scheme On site car parking Easy access from M1
