LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT The successful applicant will have the following skills/experience; Thrives when working autonomously & in team environments making sure success is found when achieving a common work goal. Not afraid of being hand-on in their approach to the busy workload. Displays a strong sense of assurance in their work & communicates in a positive, assertive and sincere manner whilst always being well composed and polite. Ambitious and driven, eager to keep learning more. Comfortable accepting instructions and guidance from management & is a team player. Confident user of Microsoft Office packages; Word and Excel & PowerPoint. Confident in high stress circumstances & pays high attention to detail and applies good diligence within all tasks. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Experience/ Qualifications Educated to degree level (preferred) / CPID Completed From minimum 6 months to Senior Level previous experience working in a law firm or professional services firm within Learning & Development.
