Overview
Our client, a large, multinational organisation, requires the services of an Enterprise PMO Manager to cover their IT change portfolio. The role You will be responsible for oversight, governance, reporting and financials across a portfolio of 50-100 projects and managing a team of 4-5 PMOs. Responsibilities include: Further developing the change maturity of the organisation Senior stakeholder management to board / CxO level Weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting cadence High level financial overview, funding models, cost allocation, burn rate etc Resource planning The Person You will be experienced at portfolio level PMO Management Have experience of 50 projects within a portfolio Have line management / task management experience of PMOs Pragmatic hands on approach Senior level stakeholder engagement experience Flexible and adaptable to work beyond core project tools Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
