Asset Data Analyst

This role will deliver high quality data collation, analysis and reporting services to facilitate development and monitoring of the Asset Investment Strategy for our client. This includes provision of stock surveying programmes, long term investment plans and compliance management requirements for the business. Responsibilities: Analyse and validate data to support the development of the Asset Investment Strategy. Identify stock survey requirements and support the development of the stock surveying strategy. Analyse data and provide high quality information to identify investment programmes which address priority neighbourhoods, confirm budget requirements and achieve value for money. Collate information and update the Asset Register / systems. Providing all the necessary support r.e. planning, commissioning, managing and monitoring the delivery of the Group's Asset Investment Strategy. Provide excellent analytical skills and knowledge of property and investment requirements who understands asset data, investment planning and delivery, and stock sustainability and can align with the requirements of the business. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Annual Business Plan. Essential Experience: Excellent analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills and possessing a sound understanding of performance frameworks / management and KPI reporting. Significant experience of working within a data capture and analysis, performance reporting and / or performance management / auditing environment Possessing knowledge and experience of VBA and or / SQL to support data analysis and planning Possessing relevant qualifications in data / statistics management, and / or Quality Management and / or construction / property services.
