Overview
Quality Control Engineer Location: Basildon, Essex Salary: £22k - £25k (negotiable) plus benefits Opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer based in Basildon. This role will provide you with the chance to learn about the whole business and work with a variety of different functions. You will have the opportunity to investigate the root causes of failures and implement improvements to prevent recurrence of failures; whilst managing and taking responsibility for routine Quality activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to: Build relationships & influence within the team and the business Provide guidance and coach people on quality Work within a team as well as autonomously at times. Essential for this role: Qualifications in Mechanical and Production Engineering Min of 2 years experience in a Production Engineering environment and in a Quality/ Inspection role.
