Overview

We are currently supporting one of the UK leading Training Providers. This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression. This is a home based role, covering Southern England with weekly visits to their offices in Dartford. Due to new contracts we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead IQA/ Quality Manager with Financial Services Apprenticeship experience. This company has an excellent reputation and delivers Apprenticeship programmes within Financial Services across the UK. As a Quality Manager/Lead IQA " You will ensure that the quality systems and procedures meet the requirements of Ofsted, ESFA and Awarding Organisations. " You will manage the Internal Quality Assurance Process, through the effective management of a team of IQA`s and Apprenticeship Coaches. " Carry out observations of Teaching and Learning " Facilitate EQA Visits " Be Lead on Ofsted and ESFA inspection " Promote continuous improvement to achieved Ofsted Grade 1- Outstanding " Contribute towards the development and delivery of new Apprenticeship Standards " Be responsible for SAR/QIP Input " Maintain effective partnerships and relationships with both internal and external customers and third party organisations Skills, Experience and Qualifications required for the Lead IQA/ Quality Manager " Previous experience managing Internal Quality Assurance process for Apprenticeships " Recognised Internal Verifiers Award, D34, D36, V1, TAQA Level 4 " Teaching Qualification e.g. PTTLS, Cert Ed, PGCE, 7306/7307 Learning and Education Award " Experience managing Ofsted inspections " Proven track record of managing Quality systems within Learning and Development " Vocational competence within Financial Services with Insurance being highly desirable " Successful evidence of managing people through performance " Knowledge and experience of the new Inspection framework (EIF) and End Point Assessment (EPA) " Experience managing sub-contractors performance would be desirable " Flexibility to travel with Full UK Driving License. This position is available immediately for the right candidate.
