Top 20 home care provider in the South East, 2014- 2019 5 star rating for employee satisfaction (work buzz survey 2019) Private client base Part of a multi award winning national home care franchise network Minimum of 1 hour client visits Scheduling Manager- the role: Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Scheduler will manage Client and CAREGiver schedules to meet the requirements of client care plans in relation to hours of scheduled services. To ensure that all scheduled calls are allocated to regular CAREGivers and ensure that all CAREGivers attend shadowing calls and are introduced to clients before attending calls. Ideally coming from a health & social care or medical background, you will be required to; Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules Work alongside the wider operations team and Recruitment and Training Managers to organise new client schedules and match CAREGiver profiles to client needs Generate schedules at least one month in advance Develop and maintain relationships with clients and CAREGivers by regular contact by telephone or in person Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Participate in out of hours “on call” rota Scheduling Manager– the ideal candidate: Able to balance the needs of both Clients and CAREGivers Extremely organised with a methodical approach to work Caring, empathetic and approachable at all times Knowledge and experience of Health and social care sector or similar is preferable Cool and calm under pressure What’s in it for you?
