Overview
In-House Shift Leader – Excellent Benefits – City Days and nights shift (7-7) Liverpool Street Bundles of OT Training and progression Working directly for a client We are currently recruiting for a number of shift Leaders both electrical and mechanical to help grow and build a strong and developing team for one of the world’s largest asset management companies. The Shift Leader will be leading a strong team of 4 maintenance engineers who have been looking after the same prestigious, state of the art site for the past year. The engineer will be working in a top of the end, state of the art site, maintaining a high-quality range of equipment. The engineer will be required to have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in mechanical or electrical engineering or a qualification to match. The electrical engineer will also have to a minimum of their 17th Edition. The engineers will be working with a team of 4 (in-house engineers present) throughout the engineering department. The engineers will be working on several mechanical and electrical equipment’s; this includes pumps, motors, and generators. Working alongside engineers they will be learning and developing themselves as well spreading the skills that he has gained. The engineer will need some form of previous experience in the building services industry. The candidate will also need a great form of communication skills both written and verbal.
