Delivery Consultant South Manchester - Sale Permanent Salary to match experience excellent commission scheme Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Delivery Consultant to join their Engineering team at their Head Office in Sale. The Engineering team at Advantage Resourcing is a fast paced, high performing team who work with some of the UKs largest and well known organisations within the Defence, Automotive and Engineering industries. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for both candidate and vacancy management. Daily activities include the following: Manage the whole vacancy cycle from vacancy to placement with a range of clients whilst adhering to best practice guidelines Utilises a range of methods for sourcing candidates including various job boards and LinkedIn Write and post vacancy adverts legally compliant & attractive to a candidates and manage advert response in line with best practice standards Provide advice to candidates around CV's and interviews, including prepping candidates Ensure candidates are legally compliant to work Writing coversheets and presenting candidate information in a tailored way to various clients Able to deal with simple candidate queries and guide them to the relevant teams, e.g. payroll Negotiate offers and manage new starter processes in line with client requirements Able to advise on difficulties with roles and discuss solutions This is an excellent opportunity for a current Delivery Consultant, Resourcer or a 360 Consultant who is looking to move away from the business development/sales aspect role a recruitment role.
