Service Delivery Manager - £55,000 - 12 Months FTC- Sale Are you looking for a fixed term contract with the possibility of extension? If so, I am currently working with a Sale based company who are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. The company require a Service Delivery Manager with a technical background that can assist the infrastructure team to deliver customer and business solutions, supporting all aspects of product and service lifecycle. Requisite Skills and Experience: Technically minded but can deliver real, effective business solutions Solutions focused - can breakdown technical barriers and find answers Passionate about creating guidance material and collateral to bed in solutions Loves documenting, scripting, creating, writing - we need a person to put in the project paperwork Persistent and passionate about quality Can take staff on a journey to deliver excellent customer solutions Recognises the need to make solutions for customers Passionate about technology Candidates for this role should have experience in a similar role and have strong skills in streamlining processes and teams.
