RECRUITMENT BRANCH MANAGER WALSALL Salary package up to £40,000 plus uncapped bonus Package negotiable depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager with High Street recruitment experience, to join our client’s successful recruitment team at their Walsall branch As an accomplished Branch Manager you will be required to lead the team from the front in daily sales activities including assisting in client account management and also identifying new business opportunities Alongside providing guidance, training and supporting all branch staff As a Branch Manager you must have a minimum of 12 months experience at management or senior recruitment consultant level and looking for an opportunity to progress your career It is essential to have a proven track record in achieving individual and team sales targets and objectives Main duties will include: · Assisting consultants in the generation of new business · Managing a team of 8 recruitment consultants · Identifying and adding new consultants to the team · Compiling presentations, SLA’s and preferred supplier proposals · Arranging and attending clients visits to assess service levels · Conducting 1:1 meetings and appraisals analysing KPI performances · Identifying and delivering individual and team training and coaching · Organising and chairing weekly branch meeting · Identifying areas and processes for improvement · Ensuring client’s SLA’s are delivered with exceptional levels of service · Ensuring the branch remains fully compliant at all times · Thinking outside of the box to develop company brand and marketing We are also looking for an ambitious, driven, dynamic professional Recruitment Branch Manager with a proven ability to develop our client’s temporary and permanent industrial, transport, commercial and skilled & technical divisions You will also need excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both over the telephone and face to face, up to senior management and director level This role has a strong emphasis on driving the team forward through developing existing clients and growing new revenues with new clients alongside maintaining long term business relationships with both clients and the temporary workforce PLEASE NOTE ONLY candidates with a proven track record in High Street recruitment at Branch Manager level will be considered for the role Preference would be given to managers with a full understanding of the driving sector For full details apply in complete confidence, forward your CV to Career Studio or 07983 644 892 up until 7pm any time including weekends
