Data Analyst - Supply Chain
Overview
Role: Supply Chain Specialist- Data Analysis Duration: 6 Months (initially) The Role: Joining a large change programme to deliver with a number of complex projects. These projects require additional specialist resources to support the planning, design, development, testing and roll-out phases The role will work under an experienced Supply Chain Manager and work closely with a technology team and supply chain operational team. However, you will also be expected to work independently at times and contribute and present updates to project meetings, workshops, etc. Key Skills: Analytical experience and understanding within a Supply Chain, Financial or FMCG background. Practical working knowledge of retail Supply Chain processes and procedures Ability to find, analyse and tell the story from large, complex datasets Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Working knowledge of QlikSense & QlikView is desirable Experience working with Google Big Query and Python is desirable but not essential Confident at clearly communicating complex problems and solutions to senior stakeholders Analytical with a strong mathematical mind set and the ability to create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving Experience in User Acceptance Testing is desirable.
