Supply Chain Project Manager
Overview
Business - Supply Chain Project Manager Duration: 6 Months (initially) Supply Chain PM required for ASN Supply chain transformation project - as follows Role Specification Responsible for planning, managing and rolling out ASNs into our Supply Chain network, you will: Work within Supply Chain, IT, Finance and external partners to develop, agree and execute a detailed plan Provide Project Management skills in the overall rollout project including defining the implementation strategy, project planning, risks/issues management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, oversight of application, infrastructure, support and business readiness, progress reporting, stage gate progression Prioritise, allocate and manage (potentially competing) resources as necessary Preparation and submission of any change requests required Management of 3rd party suppliers Form strong working relationships with Business and IT, matrix managing teams to ensure successful execution of the implementation Be responsible for planning and executing cutover rehearsal and back out rehearsal activities Work alongside key stakeholders to design training for Logistics & Manufacturing colleagues on new solutions The role will be based at Hilmore house but there will be an element of travel to Manufacturing & Logistics sites across the country Person Specification The person who gets the job will ideally: Be an experienced Project Manager (Prince2 qualified) with a track record of delivery Have Development and Operations experience Experience in Supply Chain and of Lean Manufacturing (Desirable) Must have excellent stakeholder management skills particularly with Senior Management Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure Can deal with an ever changing and demanding environment and works well with ambiguous and changing requirements Can lead their teams to deliver in a challenging multi supplier environment Experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies Have experience of working within different governance frameworks Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
