Adult Social Worker - Manchester City Council. Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Adult Social Worker on behalf of Manchester City Council. Key Role Descriptors: The role holder will support service users and their families to secure positive outcomes in accordance with statutory responsibilities, adhering to these responsibilities in accordance with local and national policies and procedures in the delivery of the aims and objectives of the service. The role holder will work with City Council colleagues, partner agencies and stakeholders to effectively manage and plan for present and future risk situations relating to service users. The role holder will assess and plan person-centred packages to meet the individual needs of service users and promote their independence. Develop and manage a relationship to support service users and their families in line with statutory obligations and through complex decision making to ensure access to improved future opportunities.
