Overview
An Award winning Fintech Company is currently looking to bring in an ambitious and talented DevOps Lead/Manager to join their growing team in London. The role will be very hands on, but will be looking for an individual who has experience leading/growing a Devops team. This role will give great exposure to work on exciting projects with innovative technology across Cloud, Devops and Databases. This role will also be working in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by likeminded engineers who are all passionate about technology. The responsibility of the Devops lead will include: Building, improving and maintaining the firms tools for continuous build, automated testing and release management Work to maintain and improve stability and performance of the infrastructure Work closely with the client development teams to automate, refine and improve processes Contribute to technology roadmap and strategy, as well as tactical solutions Please note that for the Devops Lead role, they are not looking for an expert in all areas; rather someone with a broad technical background and keen desire for technologies across: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker Elasticache Terraform Jenkins MySQL For the Devops Lead role, the client will be offering up to £90,000 per annum equity (depending on experience).
