We are looking for Arabic speaking Support Workers who can make a positive difference to someone in need of care. We have built a team of elite home support workers and provided them with the best training and support. They are passionate about care and achieve very high standards. You will be required to speak Arabic to communicate with the client, provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. In this case, we are recruiting male support workers to work with male clients and female support workers to work with female clients as this is the most appropriate to the applicant's culture. The services provided by our Support Workers is that which would normally be undertaken by a Senior Care Assistant and must not include tasks which would normally be undertaken by a qualified nurse.
