Overview

Working currently with a client based in Basingstoke who are looking to secure a Payroll Administrator on a fixed term basis (7 months) to cover maternity. Job description below; PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR / Fixed Term Contract 7 Months / BASINGSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE/ £22,000-£26,000 Main Duties; • Input and check of approx. 1250 employees’ timesheets on a weekly basis. • Setting up new starters • Recording and calculating SSP, SMP, SSP SHPP • Change of tax codes • Sending out P45’s for leavers • Input of employee’s personal payroll files Essential / Desired; • PAYE experience, NI, SMP, SSP • Previous payroll exposure Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of the above location, be eligible to work in the UK without restriction and be available at no more than 1 months’ notice.
