Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk / Finance Assistant Salary: £20,000 Location: Chesterfield Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, to join a company located in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. The Role & Responsibilities of Purchase Ledger Clerk - Maintain the Purchase Ledger - Deal with Invoices & Payments, VAT Returns - Daily upload of bank transactions on to the finance system - Reconciliations of supplier accounts - Processing the expenses - Ensuring authorisation is gained to enable invoices to be paid - Create new staff user accounts - Answer incoming calls and queries to support in resolving customer queries Requirements of Purchase Ledger Clerk - Purchase Ledger experience or Finance - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail - Good negotiation skills What will you get in return - Be part of an inspiring business - Progression plan - A friendly place to work Type Permanent Working Hours Monday - Friday
