Overview
Electrical Engineer Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience) Location: Huddersfield My client have been established for over 50 years and have a high reputation within different industries such as; Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Laundry, Chemical and Mineral worldwide. They have won a lot of contract work and are looking to grow their experienced engineering team by bringing in experienced Electrical Engineers to help with client specifications. Job responsibilities: You will design complex products and solutions to meet customer requirements with a thorough understanding and practical application of design tools and methods for application of products. There is a specific requirement to Interact with sales team and customers on more complex applications to translate customer requirements to product designs. Support routine sales and marketing team quotes and technical inquiries, and occasionally travel with sales and marketing to customer meetings. This travel is mostly in the UK but occasional European trips. Assist the Quality team to conduct routine root cause analysis and identification. Complete corrective action authorization (8D analysis) and provide customer communication support. Support and approve complex product changes and provide technical product analysis to the plant for specific projects or customers. Solve problems with a solid understanding of problem-solving process. Assist in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications. Translate customer needs to manufacturing requirements. What am I looking for?: B. Eng. Or HNC/D with relevant experience. 2D or 3D CAD capabilities Good communications skills, both written and oral. Able to deal well with our Customers.
