Overview
The client: A leading food manufacturer. organisation is currently looking for a proactive Training Officer to work across the business. Supporting the manufacturing sites x2 The role: The successful applicant will have experience o f training/ training coordination/ training admin Key responsibilities: Support by developing new induction and training process/materials. Delivering the onboarding process for 2 sites Delivering courses: Food Safety Level 1 and 2 /Soft Skills – Line Leaders/ Coaching Trained Trainers Training administration / training reports / training needs analysis Booking and managing external courses. Supporting the training manager with training audits. Skills/Qualifications: Training coordination/ admin experience Ideally training delivery experience Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Car owner holding a full and clean driving licence / able to travel Our client offers a varied role coupled with progression
