Overview
Customer Service Advisor based in Preston, PR2 Offering £8.28 per hour Full time, permanent role with immediate start dates My client based in Preston are looking for committed, friendly and professional customer focused individuals to join their existing team. We have the availability for successful candidates to start immediately so please apply now The Role Within this role you will be working as part of the Customer Service department, handling inbound calls from customers who require you advice, guidance and support. Calls will include supporting customers with applications, updating customers with the process of their application, taking repayments and changing and emending their accounts. Using the inhouse system. Working between Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 with rotational weekend shifts. Hours are between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday and between 9am-4pm on Saturday and Sundays. The Person We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience; ideally within a call handling environment but we are open to candidates from backgrounds which would include but is not limited to; retail, hospitality, banking and aviation. You will have the desire to provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a positive manner You will be comfortable handling incoming calls from customers who are looking for advice and support. Must be a strong and confident communicator. Within the role you will be using the companies inhouse system so you will need to be IT literate Successful candidates will be required to pass a CRB and credit check.
