Customer Service Advisor Salary: Starting annual salary of £16,146 (£8.28 per hour) paid fortnightly with yearly pay reviews Excellent Benefits. To be a brilliant Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need to have: Excellent listening skills and natural empathy Top-notch troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for customer service A professional telephone manner Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation Resilience, understanding and patience Effective time management An openness to feedback and confidence working with others Due to the nature of the role, all successful applicants will undergo a reference check, DBS check, CIFAS and credit check as part of the new starter process.
