AC PLC is currently seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor who will based in Denmark for our Data Center business specialising in roofing, cladding and envelope & façade. We would like to hear from Quantity Surveyors that are happy to work away from home, experience with Data Centers or a background with cladding and roofing would be beneficial. Key Duties and Accountabilities Cost Control Client Liaison Relationship Material Procurement Labour Payments Monthly Applications Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations. Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise / close out supply chain contracts. Provide contractual advice to the project / site team as and when appropriate.
